**Sales Representative - Rigging & Heavy Machinery Industry**
Are you a driven and results-oriented **Sales Representative** with experience in the rigging, lifting, or heavy machinery industry? We are looking for a **self-motivated individual** to join our team, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new **business opportunities** within the rigging, construction, and heavy machinery sectors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with **existing clients**, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- Conduct **on-site client visits** to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present **quotations, proposals, and sales agreements** to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms while maintaining **profitability and competitiveness**.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure **seamless service delivery** to clients.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands**.
- Meet and exceed **monthly and annual sales targets**.
- Maintain **detailed sales reports**, customer records, and activity logs.
**Requirements**:
- **3-5 years of experience** in **sales within the rigging, lifting, or heavy machinery** industry.
- Strong **technical understanding** of rigging and lifting equipment is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and **negotiation skills** with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to **work independently**, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines.
- Valid **driver’s license** and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and CRM software is an advantage.
