Manage the retail brand image and ensure consistency across advertising, in-store displays, and digital platforms. Drive sales performance through effective pricing strategies, product placement, and sales team motivation. Coordinate with store managers and sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment (ROI). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. Prepare performance reports and present sales and marketing insights to senior management. Support training and development of sales staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service quality. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented approach. In‑depth understanding of retail sales cycles, merchandising, and consumer marketing. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in marketing and sales management within the retail industry.
