Team Leader for World-Check operations working across locations with multinational group of individuals, covering implicit sanctions content in General Research Team. Your team is awaiting a leader that can coach them, motivate them and navigate them on their career path, providing content support along the way.

What do you need to bring?- Minimum 2 years as a Senior Research Analyst, Content Specialist or Team Leader- Aspiring People Leader Program graduate- Matric education is required, Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred (equivalent experience is considered)- Proven project management experience leading small teams or projects- Critical thinking and eye for detail- Expert experience using MS Applications- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills- Portuguese language is favorable- Profound knowledge of financial risk adverse media, PEP directives and AML/CT regulatory requirements in the region- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment- Able to work well under pressure- Excellent inter-personal skills- Russian language is required

Some of the daily tasks you will perform:
- Support world-leading product with information that aims to globally fight against Financial Crime and assists our clients with their KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Anti-money laundering) regulatory requirements- Directs research projects and studies- Provides leadership and management over the design and implementation as part of a team that delivers information and consulting services to clients- Provides 360 feedback on team performance- Coaching- Assessing & planning of individuals and team development plans
