Concentrix is expanding and we’re looking for Team Leaders to join our game-changers in our Vibrant Cape Town office.

As a Team Leader you’ll be working on an exciting campaign, managing a team responsible for sales, customer care and technical support.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Ensure that team members perform in line with required sales performance metrics (Customer Service performance metric)
- Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
- Analyse customer feedback data
- Pursue quality and assurance initiatives
- Produce business insights
- Present recommendations for improvement

**Your qualifications**
Concentrix is a great match if you:

- Have a matric certificate
- Are proficient in English written and spoken language
- Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Deputy Team Leader in a contact centre environment
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ team management experience
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Have the ability to identify problems and find solutions by imparting knowledge
- Have analytical, time management and organisation skills
- Are PC literate with fast typing skills and experience using appropriate software and systems
- Have clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
- Have a proven performance record of accomplishment
