**REPORTS TO**:Group Talent Acquisition Lead**MAIN PURPOSE**: Provide effective and efficient end to end recruitment and support to the Group Talent Acquisition Lead.**KEY JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Together with the Group Talent Acquisition Lead and appropriate Line Manager meet to do a vacancy debrief
- Prepare all vacancy files including current JD for vacancy and salary information
- Practice discretion/confidentiality when dealing with salaries
- Prepare formal advertisements for internal distribution and on all platforms once approved by Group Talent Acquisition Lead
- Coordinate interviews for Group Talent Acquisition Lead and appropriate Branch/Line Manager where applicable
- Prepare interview guides and interview pack
- Ensure appropriate checks are done i.e. confirmation of employment with current employer, reference’s from previous employer’s, criminal and/or credit checks
- Ensure HR Administrator has new staff member’s pack timeously
- Coordinate Induction and EE Awareness presentations with new staff, respective managers and Group Talent Acquisition Lead

- Matric- Must have 5 years internal recruitment experience- Must have worked in an HR Department- HR Diploma advantageous- Must have own vehicle**What Qualification**
