**Overview**:
A growing company with business units both locally and in Africa, seeks to employ a Talent Acquisition and Management Officer to be based in their Head Office (East London). The role reports into the HR Manager.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Completed tertiary qualification within the Human Resources / Industrial or Organisational Psychology field
- 5+ years working experience, with 3+ years focused in Talent Management
- Experience within a multi-branch / multi-business unit environment advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for acquiring diversified talent for the Head Office / Support Centre
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for implementing and enhancing recruitment processes and procedures in markets
- Auditing recruitment procedures and policies
- Participate in coaching, counselling and advising management and staff to ensure resolution of employment related matters
- Determining staffing needs and staffing plans
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions
- Perform hiring and time to fill analysis on departments and markets
- Manage Head Office employee files, forms and contracts
- Manage day to day Employee relation issues at Head Office
- Facilitate Head Office engagement and development workshops, performance management, leadership builds etc.
- On boarding of new Head Office employees
- Implementing best practice initiatives around talent acquisition in rest of other markets
