**High-level Job Objectives**:

- Continuously look for new and improved ways of doing things that will save time and increase accurateness and flexibility in reporting and other HR processes within the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Job Profile Preparation and Job Profile archiving.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Arrange interviews with applicants and Hiring Managers using virtual platforms.
- Prepare structured interviews and reports to advising hiring managers during the final recruitment phase.
- Manage employee on-boarding process. From paperwork to helping the new employee feel at home at Ecowize.
- Manage off-boarding process by ensuring exit interviews are conducted and concerns and trends are escalated where applicable. From paperwork to exit interviews.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3-year Degree in HRM or Industrial Psychology.
- Proven track record in bulk recruitment.
- FMCG/Retail experience.
- Must have worked with various talent acquisition and talent platforms.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Previous performance evaluation experience.
- Previous experience in managing talent pool.
