Purpose Of The Post
To assist in the design, development and implementation of the directorate’s policies and programmes in relation to employee health and wellness and also the initiatives on internal gender and disability programme.
Description Of Tasks
- Employee Health and Wellness Programme.
- Health management Programme
- Internal gender and disability programme.
- Provide administration support and implement internal controls
- Presentation on Batho Pele to create awareness.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of EAP Policies and standards, Employee Wellness theory and models, Gender issues and relevant policies, Disability issues and relevant policies, Batho Pele principles.
- Knowledge of Events management.
- Knowledge of psychosocial issues in the workplace and HIV and AIDS workplace Programmes.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Knowledge of PFMA, EE Act, Public Service Act and Regulations.

Experience
- 2 years’ experience in the implementation of health and wellness programmes and provision of counseling.
