- Mechanical Engineer graduate
- Electrical Engineer graduate
- Process Engineering degree

**Working hours**:

- The plant is a 24/7 operation
- Shift working

**Internship program offers**:

- Term: 3 months contract
- Salary: R15,000 - R17,500 per month
- Position: Operator intern

The Site Operator is responsible for continuously operation at the plant and the process across the production line.

**Responsibilities - Site Operator**
- Operate the plant in line with operational philosophy.
- Be able to adapt in changes in process and ensure continuous process across plant.
- Manage levels across the plant and the process.
- Ensure basic shift reporting is completed as required by general site policy.
- Manage shift tasks and basic maintenance tasks.
- Live the philosophy of Cost control measures and strive to improve pant performance.
- Operate a range of plant equipment including mobile plant units.
- Work within the company safety and environmental policy.
- Work with a team of operators to ensure a plant runs smoothly and output is maintained.
- Communicate with the rest of the team verbally and written.
- Not be deterred working with waste material.
