**We're Hiring: Sales Coordinator**
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing claims and queries? Join our dynamic team as a **Sales Coordinator** and play a key role in supporting our Debtors Department and Sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
As our Sales Coordinator, you will:
- Assist with clerical duties in the Debtors Department
- Handle returns queries, load deals, and manage trading term agreements
- Liaise with DPW and credit controllers to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Representatives to obtain claim approvals
**Qualifications**
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
**Knowledge**
- Understanding of the FMCG industry
- Expertise in claim and query resolution
**Experience**
- Proven experience in handling claims and resolving queries
- FMCG industry experience is a plus, but not essential
**Minimum requirements**
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word**—for managing documentation and data.
- **Strong numeracy and analytical skills**—critical for handling claims and queries.
- **Experience in handling claims and resolving queries** - proven track record is required.
