TSU Protection Services is looking for an experienced, **CCTV Control Room Operator **to join our elite team at our offices in Centurion, Gauteng.

This is a critical function in assisting our team on the ground to ensure that our clients' premises are safe and secure. These includes businesses, private residences and farms. You will be the “eyes” that sees all and sends out the alert on any suspicious activity.

**You will be monitoring**:

- CCTV
- Radio
- Telephone calls
- Panic alarms
- Vehicle tracking
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role (CCTV & Control Room experience)
- Fully computer literate
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent observation skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal well with conflict
- Data gathering and analysis
- Report writing

**Other requirements**:
PSIRA - Grade B or A

Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent

Must be able to work shifts (you will work 12 hour shifts)

Must reside in or near Centurion
