The Office Administrator is responsible for the administration of the hiring of industrial mobile toilets to customers in the building construction industry, security industry as well as farming industry.

Key responsibilities
- Customer liaison
- Coordinate, confirm and manage deliveries in the line with the production schedule
- Driver liaison
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office
- Collecting and compiling of process statistics
- Administration of employee issues

Must be able to work long hours

Must be able to assist operational management during peak periods

Confident and articulate communicator

Customer service driven

Able to work independently or in a team

Deadline driven

Salary will be according to experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R9 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
