**Job Title: Phlebotomist Learnership NQF Level 4**

**Position Type: Two-year Fixed Term**

We are offering a fully funded **Phlebotomy Learnership** designed to equip aspiring professionals with the skills needed to work confidently and safely in medical laboratory environments.

**Minimum Requirements**:
To qualify, applicants must meet **all** of the following:
✔ **English Home Language or First Additional Language**:
**60% or higher in Grade 12 (Matric)**

✔ **Life Sciences / Biology**:
**60% or higher in Grade 12 (Matric)**

✔ **No previous tertiary education** will be considered
(This programme is aimed at youth who have not yet had access to higher learning.)

✔ Must be from a **disadvantaged background**
(Applicants may be asked to provide supporting documentation.)

✔ South African citizen aged **18-35 years**

✔ Be self-motivated and a team player

✔ Must be committed to learn, in addition to a willingness to work

✔ Must have greatly developed work ethics

✔ You must be able to work with customers, delivering great customer relations

✔ Good communication Skills
