Advantageous: experience in the medical field.
- Advantageous: Endpoint antivirus software.
- LIMS knowledge: Experience is advantageous.
- Office 365/MS Office.
- System and network troubleshooting.
- Windows 10/11 experience.
- Server 2012 - 2019.
- Back-up and restore.
- IP telephone setup/configuration.
- PC components exposure.
- Multitask support tickets.
- Service provider engagement.
- Simplistic tech language.
- Printer knowledge: Drivers; Printer management software.
- Server room upkeep.
- IT Inventory organisation.
- Cloud computing knowledge.
- WIFI setup knowledge.
- Securing wireless networks.
- Pastel troubleshooting.
- LTE router setup.
- Device setup/management.
- Request and manage quotes for new devices or service repairs.


**Essential requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in IT.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience
- Own reliable transport is advantageous
- Ability to start immediately is advantageous
