We are offering a fully funded Phlebotomy Learnership designed to equip aspiring professionals with the skills needed to work confidently and safely in medical laboratory environments.

This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience, nationally recognized training, and a pathway into the healthcare sector. We invite applications for the position of Phlebotomy learnership based in Area: KZN /Durban/ Amanzimtoti for a fixed term contract of two years.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must be permanent South African residents and citizens, with a valid South African ID Document. Candidates must be prepared to enter into a work agreement for the duration as stipulated by the company.

To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following:

English Home Language or First Additional Language:

60% or higher in Grade 12 (Matric)

Life Sciences / Biology:

60% or higher in Grade 12 (Matric)

No previous tertiary education will be considered

(This programme is aimed at youth who have not yet had access to higher learning.)

Must be from a disadvantaged background

(Applicants may be asked to provide supporting documentation.)

South African citizen aged 18–35 years

Be self-motivated and a team player

Must be committed to learn, in addition to a willingness to work

Must have greatly developed work ethics

You must be able to work with customers, delivering great customer relations

Good communication Skills
