Call Centre Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete daily call cycle and keep track of all orders on tracker-system as well as on the allocated Sales Rep’s call cycle
- Follow up with relevant Sales Rep regarding clients who have not yet placed order
- Achieve minimum Sales growth continuously
- Develop sales opportunities and report those to the relevant Sales Rep and Manager
- Ensure to balance the customer’s Sales vs Credits.
- Assist with any back door issues
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships at all times
- Respond to Sales enquiries, should there be any
- Monitor Sales Rep’s orders throughout the day
- Communicate timeously with management regarding Sales, Customers, Credits or any other issues
- It is also expected of this position to keep the call cycle up to date and any documents related to the call cycle.
- Ensure to obtain authorization numbers for Clients.
- Process all customer sales orders
- Upload all new client information onto the system

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 - 5 years telesales experience (phoning and capturing of orders)
- Excellent capturing skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent customer service principles
- Matric
- Speak, read and write English and Afrikaans fluently

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
