E-commerce and Social Media Team Member

**Responsibilities**:
1. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the online store.
2. Implementing and updating social media initiatives to attract and retain customers.
3. Handling customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Analysing sales data and formatting it into a user-friendly worksheet for management use.
5. Performing administrative tasks as requested by management.
6. Maintaining and updating the online product catalogue and other online requirements.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Experience in e-commerce, SEO, social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with online marketing and sales strategies would be an advantage.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned.
- Grade 12 qualification minimum.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (write, read and speak)
- Valid driver's license.
**Other requirements**:
- Non-Smoker and Non-Vaper.
