- Suggest and create campaigns that are in place to support the achievement of business objectives across the Divisions.
- Create and co-ordinate all marketing material.
- Manage campaign results and adjust campaigns to achieve maximum performance.
- Must have the ability to research and understand group products.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and offer new ideas
- Editing and rewriting copy written by other members of the team.
- Copy and Design elements need to be consistent and aligned with each business units corporate identity in all material that is produced.
- Managing, editing and updating of Wordpress websites across the Group.
- Maintain graphic consistency according to the brand guidelines across all deliverables of the Group - online, printed, adverts, brochures, newsletters etc.
- Creating design assets to be used on various brand websites and social media platforms under the Group
- Work closely with our Divisional teams to ensure that their required creative output is aligned with the Group/business objectives.
- Drive innovation in approach to delivery and output
- Keep up to date on design and advertising trends across the different business/service offerings - striving to stand out rather than follow competitor behaviour
- Managing SEO and content requirements for each website, analysing statistics and reporting.
- Monitor competitor environment as well as market activities/trends and translate into appropriate actions.
- Organising the production of branded items such as marketing collateral, stationery, calendars and other promotional items.
- Co-ordinate and assist in the organisation/co-ordination of events - On-Site assistance at events.
- Purchasing of gifts, cards, flowers and other items for various occasions, packaging and posting where necessary.
- Processing of invoices and managing marketing budget.
- Lead monthly marketing meetings. Create monthly agendas and minutes.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A degree or diploma in marketing
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing
- Some copywriting experience would be a bonus
- Experience as a graphic designer - previous experience in an advertising or design agency is preferable
- Design abilities in both print and digital fields. Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Proficient in Wordpress website management and development.
- Ability to manipulate plans on architectural packages in illustrator
- Preparation and uploading of material onto Social Media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, resourceful with a passion for PR and Marketing
- Strong command of the English language
- Able to think “out of the box”
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and work across a number of brands or divisions
