**Job Summary**

The Strategic Facilities Lead at Teleperformance SA is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the company's facilities portfolio, ensuring optimal use of space and resources, and overseeing facility operations. This role encompasses managing facility planning, space management, maintenance, capital projects, compliance, and vendor relationships. The Strategic Facilities Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the company's organizational goals and driving cost-effective and efficient facility management.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's facilities portfolio to support organizational goals and objectives.

2. **Facility Operations**: Oversee facility planning and space management to optimize the use of space and resources. Manage facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital projects.

3. **Compliance and Safety**: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

4. **Cost Optimization**: Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and sustainability initiatives in facility management.

5. **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.

6. **Budget Management**: Develop and maintain a budget for facility operations and capital projects, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation.

7. **Reporting and Communication**: Prepare regular reports and presentations on facility performance, project status, and strategic initiatives for senior management.

8. **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of facilities management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

**Qualifications and Experience**

1. **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

2. **Experience**: Proven experience in facilities management, including strategic planning, space management, and project management within a BPO or related sector.

3. **Leadership and Management Skills**: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

4. **Facility Operations Knowledge**: Understanding of facility operations, maintenance best practices, and building systems.

5. **Regulations Compliance**: Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

6. **Communication and Negotiation Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.

7. **Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving**: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving long-term objectives.

8. **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
