Camp Genesis is looking for an exceptional **Lead Facilitator & Coordinator** to create an unforgettable experience for our campers. You’ll be the heartbeat of camp, leading engaging programs, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all teens. Our facilitators are mentors, role models, and champions of leadership, embodying the values of **respect, courage, perseverance, responsibility, honesty, kindness, and teamwork.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and facilitate camp activities, ensuring an exciting and engaging experience for all campers.
- Maintain a **safe, inclusive, and supportive** environment where every teen feels valued.
- **Engage with teens** in a fun, energetic, and respectful manner, building positive relationships.
- Uphold and represent the values of **Camp Genesis** in a professional manner by demonstrating reliability, positive communication, and respect in all interactions with campers, staff, and parents.
- Stick to the camp schedule and lead **leadership discussions, campfire storytelling, and group reflections.**:

- Encourage teamwork and participation, making sure every teen is involved.
- Assist with **conflict resolution and emotional support** when needed.
- Ensure the campsite and equipment are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Capture **photos and videos** to document camp activities for promotional materials and to create lasting memories for campers.
- **Bonus**: Any musical talent or storytelling skills are a huge plus

**Requirements**:

- A **high-energy, fun-loving personality**—this is a must
- Passion for working with teens and helping them develop leadership skills.
- Experience in facilitating youth programs, camps, or educational settings.
- Ability to **lead with confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm.**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills to keep camp running smoothly.
- Love for the outdoors and a willingness to **embrace adventure, rain or shine**:

- Strong conflict resolution and mentoring skills.
- First aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before camp starts).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From R1 200,00 per day

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
