**Role**:Sales Support Executive
**Department**: Sales
**Report to**: Sales Manager
**General Responsibilities**:
To provide office based administrative support to Sales team and provide outstanding customer service.
**Main Tasks and Specific Duties**:
- Handling of day-to-day quotation requests from new and existing sales accounts
- Preparation and distribution of quotations, presentations, and proposals
- Record and update sales opportunities in CRM software
- Liaison with overseas agents; gather, evaluate & compare freight rates.
- Generate new leads, qualify, and promote services.
- Provide customer service and develop close relations with sales accounts.
- Ensure all sales related correspondence is replied to promptly & effectively.
- Co-ordination between Sales, Imports, Exports and Accounts departments.
- Provide full instruction to Operations for new bookings.
- Assist with planning, preparation and follow up of sales campaigns.
- E-mail marketing of sales campaigns, promotions & service offers.
- Updating of rates database and internal systems
- Prepare material for weekly Sales meeting.
- Produce monthly & quarterly sales reports and other reports as required from time to time.
- Update of company product information
- Undertake special projects, in line with department & overall company goals.
- Assist in Trade Lane (route) development.
- Assist in answering of phone calls in a polite & efficient manner.
- Plus, other duties that may be required from time to time by the Company or any member of the group of companies owned by the Directors.
We will provide on the job training to assist you in accomplishing these tasks as necessary.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
