**Job Summary: Kafka Admin with Java development
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain Kafka clusters, ensuring high availability and performance

2. Configure and optimize Kafka brokers, topics, and partitions.

3. Monitor Kafka cluster performance, identifying and resolving issues.

5. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement Kafka-based solutions.

6. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.

7. Stay up-to-date with Kafka releases, features, and best practices.

**Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in Kafka administration and Java development.

2. Strong understanding of Kafka architecture, components, and configuration.

3. Proficiency in Java programming, including Kafka Java clients.

4. Experience with Kafka administration tools, such as Kafka Manager, Confluent Control Center.

5. Knowledge of Kafka security features, including SSL/TLS, SASL, and ACLs.

6. Experience with distributed systems, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Confluent Platform, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Streams.

2. Knowledge of containerization using Docker, Kubernetes.

3. Experience with monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana.

4. Certification in Kafka administration or Java development.
