**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic partnership and advisor to the client discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not become competition.

Operate as the leads point of contact on all matters relating to the client.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.

Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Ensure the account is running as per contractual payment terms.

Maintain quality service through establishing and enforcing organisation standards.

Stay abreast with current industry trends through attending professional seminars/workshops reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, continuously imploring benchmarking and best global practices.

Degree in BA OR Sales, relevant field.

Matric 3 - 5 yrs relevant experience in key account management CRM

Knowledge of OHS Act ISO 9001

Proactive and deadline-driven and highly motivated

MUST HAVE DEALT WITH HIGH LEVEL CLIENTS/COMPANIES
