**Qualification**
A National Diploma / Degree at NQF 6.

c) An extensive knowledge of Finances processes, Human resource procedures, and Administration.
d) Understanding of corporate governance systems.

3years experience in at least two of these areas; (Administration, Planning, Reporting and Governance) within the Senior Management Office.
**1. Strategic and Annual Planning and Reporting
- 30% of work load**
a) Coordinate inputs, conduct desktop research, consult relevant stakeholders (NACI council, experts, staff, etc.) and draft strategic and annual performance plans

a) Facilitate the approval and submission of Advice to the Minister

**3. Financial Management and Coordination

a) Manage MTEF and operational budgeting processes

c) Develop and provide responses to all related queries from Finance

4. Administration and coordination across NACI
a) Manage and create all administrative processes and projects within the CEO’s office
