SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to a long established and highly successful Dealer who requires the services of a Showroom Operations and Customer Services Manager

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must have at least 3 years Motor Industry Management experience, driving a Department and team operationally
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Diploma in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
- Valid Drivers License Essential
- Strong Asset and Stock Controlling Skills with sound knowledge of the Automotive Industry
- Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer environment
- Must have contactable references

**Salary Structure**:

- Basic Salary of R 23 000 to R 25 000 based on experience
- Incentives (Average of R 10 000 to R 20 000 per month)
- Provident Fund Benefit
