We are looking for a confident, focused, and target-driven remote Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you would be in charge of building a pipeline of qualified prospective buyers and sellers. Property experience will be advantageous.

- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Extremely organized, strong oral and written communication skills
- A proactive, go-getter approach to work.

- Willingness to learn, with a passion to grow and develop themselves into high-performing sales individuals.
- The long-term vision of growth within the business and is willing to go above and beyond to succeed in the role.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting and plan of action to achieve monthly goals.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Focus will be on speaking with potential buyers and sellers, building relationships, generating leads.
- Hitting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
- You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised and focused

**The skills required for this role will include**:

- Previous experience in a sales field is essential
- Prior experience in the property market is highly advantageous
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- A winner with a desire to be successful

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding

**Working hours**:Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) UK Time.

Pay: R20 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:
