Defines client needs, determines a strategy and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the project which generally leads to a client’s internal process or function being modified for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

May involve the recommendation to shift future performance to a third party.

Performance is typically evaluated based on the capture of the business opportunity and/or utilization, (i.e., billable hours).

**Working at NTT**

Primarily responsible for the development of Hybrid Cloud solutions for clients. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Denes client needs, determines a strategy, and develops a plan/proposal for the delivery of the project which generally leads to a client embarking on a Cloud Transformation Journey to deliver on their stated outcomes.

They provide multi-technology consulting services on all aspects of hybrid cloud infrastructure and related technology components. This position engages and interacts with client stakeholders within existing Dimension Data accounts and supports sales with the conversion of new accounts and the creation of sales opportunities.

Provides primarily pre-sales strategy for the development and implementation of complex solutions. Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.

**Requirements**:

- Contributes to the development of highly complex solution architectures within the hybrid cloud
- domain.
- Accountable for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem
- resolution.
- Responsible for reviewing strategies and addressing a client’s cloud strategy and needs by providing
- recommendations.
- Use extensive experience identifying and analysing client problems providing Dimension Data with
- opportunities for market share.
- Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for
- translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.
- Outline the end-to-end solution set to enable the client’s cloud and business transformation journey.
- Continuously search for opportunities to innovate solutions for the client thereby improving the client’s
- business and ensuring business development for Dimension Data.
- Proactively support client-facing workshops by collecting, reviewing, and analysing both IT and
- business issues.
- Review and update roadmap documents and business cases.
- Undertake regular reviews to ensure outcomes are aligned to agreed deliverables.
- Maintain knowledge by staying abreast of current trends and best practices.

- Comprehensive domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience,
- demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management.
- Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
- Excellent understanding of cloud transformation coupled with strategic thinking ability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- The ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivery of
- business transformations.
- Extensive knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures (Private, Public, On Premise etc.)
- Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically.
- Excellent client service orientation.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding
- of business.
- Ability to facilitate workshops with level clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in relevant IT field
- Relevant Hyperscaler Cloud Service Provider, OEM, or other related cloud certifications
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC) advantageous
- Relevant industry-specific accreditations and/or affiliations.
