**Purpose of the Job**:
To provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Operational Manager Retail by ensuring the smooth management of her day-to-day affairs, and most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the Operational Managers Retail’s absence. As a Personal Assistant, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact between the Operations Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the manager’s electronic diary, prioritize appointments, and handle correspondence.
- Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and managing all logístical arrangements.
- Upload production data and maintain various reports (Power BI, AUM reports).
- Provide support with compliance-related tasks, including risk management and record-keeping.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications
- _Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Communications will be advantageous_
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a personal assistant essential.
- Experience in the Life Insurance and/or Investment Industry preferred.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong administrative skills and business writing proficiency.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
