**SENIOR PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TEAM)**

**R16, 000 - R23,000 Per Month (Can increase after successful probation)**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 18:00pm** **or 10:00am - 19:00pm**

We have a fantastic opportunity available with a well-established block management company who are looking expand their team of customer-focussed professionals. They are a UK company that specialises in managing residential properties and blocks of flats all over the UK.
Applicants must have experience in working with Homeowners Associations, Boards of Directors and Trustees and doing so with confidence and on a high standard. In this role, you will be supporting a top team of Property Management professionals with all property management duties including:
- Assist the property management department in running smoothly by providing administrative support to the property managers, while providing friendly and efficient customer service to clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Answering the telephone for all incoming enquiries and logging the call on Qube
- Handling simple inquiries or directing calls and logs to the appropriate staff
- Scanning, filing, logging correspondence and assisting Property Managers in maintaining an organized, efficient, and well-presented office environment
- Typing up letters, meeting minutes (at trustee meetings, AGMs, SGMs, and site visit notes as and when required by property managers)
- Setting up mail merges and distributing correspondence as directed by property managers
- Coordinate with other role players within the properties division, such as building coordinators, facility managers, and property managers
- Respond and resolve tenant queries and problems in a timely manner in a courteous manner regularly to ensure excellent customer service
- Liaise with service providers (security, cleaning, refuse removal and maintenance) and oversee administrative requirements
- Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided by contractors and that they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Assuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements by working with building coordinators
- Ensure timely payments to creditors, municipalities, and service providers
- Contribute to the budget preparation of the property manager. Report budget variances to the Property Manager throughout the year. To assist the Property Manager with various responsibilities in the day-to-day running of the portfolio; including ad hoc responsibilities
**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
- Matric is minimum requirement.
- Working as an Assistant Property Manager or support to Property Managers, Sectional Title Manager or Portfolio Manager, with at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Property Management and Residential Block Management.
- Experience with Sectional Title Property Management/Working with Homeowners Associations/Boards Of Trustees/Boards Of Directors is preferred.
- Previous Maintenance co-ordination experience is beneficial.
- (Real Estate experience is not preferred)
- Previous Accounts Administration, Billing and Purchase order experience is helpful.
- Must be fully computer literate.
- Be very well spoken, have neutral accept (as taking care of UK clientele).
- Have a stable work history and references.
