SPA HYBRID (SPA Receptionist/Therapist) - MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT TOKAI, Cape Town South (SOUTHERN SUBURBS), Western Cape (ZA) START: 01 January 2025 to 31 May 2025 (5-month fixed term contract) SHIFTS: Monday – Sunday 09:00 - 18:00 (shifts vary) 1x Weekend off per month + days off in the week Annual Leave SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS R11,000 Basic Salary per month Service Commission Retail Commission Incentives & Performance Bonuses Employee Wellness Programs MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) - Non Neg International Diploma in Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology or Somatology CIDESCO / SAAHSP / ITEC / City & Guilds / CIBTAC or BABTAC Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star hospitality employee Confident in both Admin & Therapies Spa booking software confident Receptionist duties experienced including E-mail, WhatsApp & Mailer EXPERIENCE: Spa Therapist employment experience in a Day Spa / Hotel Spa or Cruise Ship Spa International experience is advantageous Spa Receptionist experience required Able to perform spa therapies when operationally required KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Confident operating a very busy reception area Able to work under pressure and deal with multiple points of communication simultaneously Confident processing bookings, payments and perform administrative tasks Confident in your lingo of the spa sector Confident and skilled in all standard SPA,Y & SKIN CARE services to be performed when operationally required Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly Retail confident Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world #J-18808-Ljbffr
