The general scope is reliant on but not limited to;
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for equipment, services, and branded supplies
Knowledge of amenities procurement, food and beverage procurement with additional preference to knowledge of international and cross-border procurement
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and guidelines.
Evaluate and compare product and service offerings to meet evolving requirements.
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate purchasing and pricing records.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier databases.
Conduct supplier research, assess new suppliers, and identify prospective partnerships.
Collaborate with the finance department to prepare budgets, cost analyses, and procurement reports.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply shortages.
Coordinate order deliveries and communication with receiving teams across different regions.
Analyse costs, establish improvement targets, and stay informed of industry trends.
Streamline procurement processes, focusing on logistics and addressing tax concerns.
Continuously improve the quality of procured goods and services.
Explore and introduce innovative procurement initiatives that enhance guest and team experiences
Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement management or a similar role.
Strong interest in keeping up with annual style and market trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
