**Job Purpose**:
To provide a stock management service to both Commercial and Retail Customers by managing their operational stock levels between agreed minimum & maximum levels. Needs to coordinate the bulk fuel delivery schedule for long distance Customers. Assist with Outbound Scheduling when needed for local deliveries in order to offer a delivery service to the retail and commercial customer base to ensure business continuity.

**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF level 5 (Higher Certificate in Business/Finance or relevant).
- At least 3 years Scheduling/Supply related experience
- Exceptional planning skills.
- Deep knowledge of SAP,OIR.
- Experience working with Internal/External Customers.

Advantageous:

- Post-graduate qualification in Supply Chain/Similar.
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Advanced SAP/Scheduling skill or desire to acquire same

**Exciting Challenges you might face in the role**:

- Applies knowledge of stock out procedures.
- Driving the ability think outside the box if its needed.
- Vehicles and BTO shortages.
- Effective scheduling and planning taking note of the weighbridge formula and loading and offloading rules.
- Operate effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support service to Schedulers, Customers and Depot's.
- Adhere to Engen's HSEQ policies and Zero Tolerance (Zeto) rules.
- Generate depot specific customer delivery schedules for fuels.
- Depot daily feedback indicating that the schedule met all requirements - Percentage schedule met, reasons for non
- compliance, constraints.
- Ensure conformance to established Limits of Authority (LOA).
