We are hiring Outbound Sales Agents to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will focus on growing our property portfolio by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Call and qualify leads, adding interested prospects to our CRM
  • Present Nestify's value proposition confidently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and respond promptly to enquiries
  • Stay up to date with property market trends and competitor activity

What we need:

  • At least 2 years of outbound sales or telesales experience
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven

Working Days / Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 to 18:00 
  • Location: In Office — Cape Town CBD, South Africa
  • Schedule: Full-Time
