Payroll Administrator

**Description**:
The payroll administrator is required to manage a portfolio of clients directly and to advise these clients on a day-to-day basis with the approval of their manager. The payroll administrator is responsible to correspond with clients, submitting all relevant tax-related returns, and ensuring the client is compliant with all payroll-related submissions. Below are the key responsibilities of the payroll administrator role.
**Payroll Responsibilities**:
- Processing of complex and non-complex payroll for SA and UK clients
- Process client payrolls timeously.
- Tax submissions to SARS and annual submissions to WCA
- To call SARS or WCA when required
- assisting the team members with any ad-hoc tasks on their clients
- Taking client calls and responding to all payroll related queries
- Setting up new client payroll accurately.
- To perform any other reasonable jobs and requests from seniors on an Ad-Hoc basis
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Roodepoort, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
