- _Job Description:_
- Payroll administrators are responsible for payroll processes, computing wages, and ensuring that employees' salaries are paid correctly and on schedule.
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax, and deductions.
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
- Issuing paychecks.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Providing administrative assistance to the HR department.
- _Any other task necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business, as the employer may from time to time direct. A separate schedule determining the day-to-day tasks of the employee may be handed to the employee in the course of employment._
- **Requirements**:_
- Matric certificate or higher required.
- 2+ years of experience working in the same or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel Payroll software.
