Taking forward a dedicated category strategy for some of our biggest national customers, you’ll develop solutions that mean progress for their business and ours. You’ll manage negotiations, develop promotional strategies, and build relationships with buyers, field sales teams and category development managers. **You’ll succeed because**

you've a background in consumer-packaged goods. There’s not much you don’t know about managing customer relationships and working with syndicated data. Equally, you know how to work with other functions to deliver sales and growth. And you’re ready to travel when required, which is vital because our products and ambitions stretch worldwide.

**Responsibility and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years FMCG experience in Key Account Management
- Minimum bachelor’s degree level
- Responsible for achieving judicious objectives per customer - i.e.NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC
- Building long term partnership with the customer - Develop a sure advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners.
- Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution
- Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt Commercial Strategy and the Customer Trading Terms
- Develop, negotiate, and implement CBPs and CDAs with the Key Account annually in line with Reckitt’s objectives.
- Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure account receivables are within the stipulated Credit terms.
