**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster partnerships with payment gateways and financial institutions.
- Drive the integration of payment systems across platforms, enhancing transaction efficiency and security.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the payments industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payment solutions with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the payments and apps team, promoting professional growth and technical excellence.

**Key Requirements**:

- Payments Expertise: Deep knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and regulatory compliance in the payments industry. This should also include supply chain financing and cross-border payments.
- Product Leadership: Proven ability to lead product teams and drive the development of payment and app solutions.
- Strategic Vision: Skill in developing strategic visions for products that align with company objectives and market needs.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of app development processes and technologies, with a focus on user experience.
- Collaboration & Negotiation: Ability to collaborate with partners and negotiate agreements beneficial to the company.
- Innovation & Creativity: Drive for innovation in payments and app development, with a track record of creative problem-solving.
