**MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**

Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent

National Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Thorough understanding of the logistics/shipping processes especially in exports

Knowledge of international shipping and customs clearance procedures

Excellent business communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure.

Basic understanding of Incoterms

Assist the Shipping & Logistics Manager with various duties as assigned.

Check and verify invoice to ensure alignment with agreed terms and pricing

Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner

Track shipments and maintain accurate, up-to-date records

Arrange samples shipments with couriers

Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence to customs regulations

Assist with filing, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed

Maintain a neat and tidy work environment
