Reporting to the Group Human Capital Executive you will be responsible for leading the efficient administration, payroll and reporting in respect of the policies and procedures. Ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience within all aspects of Human Capital operations support provided by the department

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- Relevant degree essential
- Min 10 years of experience and a thorough understanding of Operational Excellence within HC Shared Services processes and practice
- International experience is advantageous
- Min 5 - 8 years of experience working as HC Leader within HC Operations / HC Shared Services, with proven capability to lead, develop and motivate a team and create a best in class HC shared services department
- Proven leadership capability of implementing or upgrading an integrated HC system to support an efficient and consistent HC shared services environment
- Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities, both in support of the HC team and their respective business units alongside all employees

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Strategic, Tactical and Operational Planning and Implementation of Shared Services strategy and operational plan to drive service delivery to the business
- Responsible for local and international payroll administration including expatriate payroll, benefits programs, HC systems and analytics and compliance per legislation
- Playing a pivotal role in managing the HC Shared Services team while the incoming integrated HC system is finalised, implemented, and goes live throughout the organisation
- Promoting a high-performance culture with a focus on team collaboration, simplicity, ongoing improvement and creating an excellent employee experience
- Collaborating with all areas of HC, supporting the HCBP teams to ensure new or changed HC products, services, processes or policies are communicated, planned and implemented effectively across the operating businesses
- Accountability for the day to day performance of the HC Shared Services team, ensuring clear SLA’s and KPI’s align to effective and positive employee experience on all services provided
- Providing leadership, coaching, feedback, and recognition to all team members within the HC shared services team.
- Leading engagement, to ensure all action planning and team objectives support the overall group HC strategy and business objectives
- Manage service delivery to businesses aligned to SLAs. Run administrative and payroll operations up to general ledger postings across the Group for SA and International.
- Operationalise incoming deployments until all countries have been incorporated into the platform
- Ensue governance, risk, compliance, transparency, consistency and integration required to effectively manage HCM processes.
- Supplies core HC data, analytics and metrics, both legislative and in aid of improved business decision making.
- Delivers an integrated HCM platform across the group
