Leads the Shared Services team and manages operations and performance. Sets standards and reviews performances regularly. Oversees all training and coaching initiatives. Maintains high motivational levels and drives a culture of service delivery excellence. Reviews workforce capacity and ensures that a pipeline of appropriately skilled resources is available to meet scheduled requirements. Conducts quality assurance checks and sets up relevant action plans to ensure continuous improvement that meet compliance protocols. Manages all problems and communicates significant risks.
- Responsible for a section of the human resources division in an organisation or for the entire human resources function in a smaller organisation or within one or more divisions or subsidiaries.
- Includes recruitment, management of benefits, skills development, career path planning, employee mobility, employee assistance, and managing the performance appraisal exercise.
- May deal with employees’ dismissal, warning, and other legal aspects related to the HC function if required.
- Lead HRD teams to deliver on strategy
- Develop and maintain Learning and Development Training Strategy in consultation with Head of People Development, HRD Managers and HR
- Conceptualise learning program solutions based on different audiences in order to meet business objectives
- Track and communicate Learning Experience goals, assignments, and
- Contribute to operational excellence by optimizing, identifying and recommending methods to streamline processes
- Manage, administer and grow our internal LMS offerings
- Measure, track and analyse the effectiveness of initiatives, activities and programs using data
- Continually assess resource capacity and business requirement to optimal service delivery
- Build and manage relationships with all stakeholders, internally and externally, through Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure alignment and compliance to policies and procedures
- Provide advice, training and administrative support to staff and team members
- Advise individuals on further education or training that may be desirable
- Identify training and learning needs and requirements of individuals and the organisation

**Qualifications**
- Masters Diploma / NQF level 8 in Management Sciences or Human Resources - Essential
- HRP - Human Resource Professional - Professional Qualification Preferred
