Aluvent is an industry leader which manufactures & installs standard & custom-made Aluminium/Glass/Steel products within the high-end residential market and is looking to hire a Master Craftsman/ Installation Specialist to join their team.

This role requires a **perfectionist** with exceptionally high technical standards.

We invite applicants from the aluminium & glass industry as well as from the carpentry/cabinetry/shop-fitting or metal industries
- Ability to perform technical tasks and installations to perfection
- Have extremely high technical abilities
- Uncompromising approach to quality
- Ability to take complete ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
- Ability to focus on problem solving and finding solutions in pressured environments
- Strong communication skills
- Good health & Safety understanding and compliance
- Control Site planning:

- Client communication
- Material needs
- Daily planning
- Ensure we install as planned by design team or project managers
- Ensure the company’s Vision is carried forward on sites & with teams
- Measure on behalf of the design team
- Must understand technical drawings / site plans
- Must know how to measure - levels & apertures
- Have at least 5 years in the relevant industry
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Must be able to work well as part of a diverse team as well as be able to work alone when required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lead and take control of and responsibility for planned workload as well as unforeseen challenges
- Be open to working on Saturdays & after hours from time to time
- Must be punctual and of sober habits
- Must be energetic and be willing to add positively to the team spirit and culture of the company

**What we offer**:

- Remuneration based on experience and demonstrable skills.
- On passing probation period:

- 50% toward pension scheme
- 50% towards company doctor scheme
