The role also allows for the participation of cross functional projects and initiatives to enhance the supply chain operations and improve data management processes.

Generate and distribute reports related to master data metrics, discrepancies and compliance with data quality standards, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Work closely with the Master Data Specialist, Supply Chain Analysts and other stakeholders to gather, process and analyse data relevant to forecasting and Supply Chain.

Participate in cross functional projects and initiatives designed to enhance Supply Chain operations and improve data management process

Identify opportunities for enhancing data capturing processes and contribute ideas for optimizing Master Data practices.

Gain greater understanding of master data in the SAP environment to ensure effective integration with current supply chain infrastructure.
- QualificationsRelevant Degree or Diploma (BCom, B.Sc., Logistics/ Supply Chain)
- Experience- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in data capturing/administration.
- Practical knowledge of master data quality operations relevant to executing responsibilities within the function (Beneficial).
- Knowledge and SkillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 - with advanced skills in Excel (Essential)

SAP knowledge (Desirable)

Ability to work under pressure and under tight time constraints

Curious and open to learn

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate various sources of information

Motivated self-starter with good energy and drive

Sets high standards and takes accountability for actions and mistakes.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
