Our client is seeking an Installation and Commissioning Specialist who will be responsible entrusted with overseeing the installation and commissioning of diverse projects, ranging in complexity. Your primary responsibility will revolve around efficiently and cost-effectively executing all installation and commissioning activities in strict adherence to contract specifications, stringent quality standards, project schedules, and safety protocols. The incumbent will be the part of Process Automation business area for Process Industries of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
Contribute to commissioning planning and implementation, coordinate with installation supervisor/site manager, implement design changes, and provide as-built project documentation for continuous process/product/system improvement.
Ensure timely documentation updates, maintain the document handling system, and provide feedback for lessons learned while ensuring quality, cost, and coordination with site management and PM.
Share relevant information during commissioning assignments and meetings with contractors/colleagues, comply with safety regulations and contractual requirements, and enhance processes and tools for effective project delivery.
Provide relevant information to customers, monitor customer-appointed installation contractors for quality compliance, and participate in relevant FAT's during project manufacturing phases.
Assist the project manager in monitoring manufacturing, empowered to suspend activities in case of HSE violations, ensuring the safety of company personnel and others on-site.
Maintain safety standards, build effective relationships with customers and local organizations, ensure customer satisfaction, and gather feedback through T-NPS for continuous improvement.
Manage on-site subcontractors to meet quality, progress, and HSE requirements, conduct risk assessments during commissioning, and report potential risks related to contract, quality, program, or cost.
Recommend resolutions, monitor risk mitigation plans, update stakeholders on technical risks, and conduct safety observation tours to report and mitigate HSE hazards to Project Manager and/or Site Manager.
**Requirements**: Qualification and Skill
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hoisting installations and/or maintenance.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and/or Hydraulic Engineering.
Fluency in English language is mandatory.
