Adendorff Machinery Mart is a long-established tool and machinery retailer based in Johannesburg South with stores across South Africa. **Responsibilities**: - Verify purchase orders to ensure compliance with shipping and payment standards - Review import/export documentation before submitting to clearing agents - Capture procurement data and costing accurately on relevant data sheets - Assist in preparing and submitting clearing instruction forms to agents - Support the export process for all Adendorff branches across South Africa - Upload and manage documentation in procurement files and folders - Follow up with shipping agents regarding all shipments on water - Ensure errors are rectified with shipping agents and in-house processors - Liaise with the warehouse regarding queries, deliveries, and logístical matters - Assist with NRCS, Customs, and SAPS inspections when required - Maintain and file all relevant documentation for record-keeping and audits Qualifications: - Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or International Trade - Min 5 years’ experience in an administrative or import/export role - Knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation - Familiarity with NRCS, Customs, and SAPS regulatory procedures - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Technical competencies with Syspro or similar - Strong Excel experience with procurement systems advantageous - Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders **About The Employer** Adendorff Machinery Mart sources equipment from all over the world to offer the greatest range of products at the best prices.
