**About the role**:
Processing of import requirements in a timely, accurate and compliant manner. Provide support and coordinate within OBS entities (and potentially Orange Group entities) to secure import operations. Support of any request regarding customs & trade compliance

Provide support in securing export requirements operations in alignment with C&T guidelines. Support of any request regarding customs & trade compliance

Daily interaction (in conjunction with the line manager & team members) with in-country

Customs Authorities and Government Agencies, Internal Customers, Freight Agents and Carriers.

Internal interface with BU, Sale and Operational teams to ensure proactive update and informational knowledge share.

Work closely with manager to ensure department is operating within the guidelines of the company’s goals and objectives.

Work with applicable relevant parties to resolve any internal compliance issues.

Provide support to C&T Management on Import/export compliance audit and on implementation of remedial actions

Ad hoc support of project and reporting requirements as it relates to the global support of import and export activities within Orange group entities.

**About you**:
**Strong knowledge of import and export requirements both operational and regulatory. Understanding of import/export laws in order to provide recommendations and research analysis**
- International experience within supply chain.- Interpersonal Skills, excellent communication skills and is able to interact with a diverse multi-level organization and global customer base- Strong communication skills both written & oral (international environment) English and French- Customer satisfaction driven.- Autonomous and disciplined working ethic.- Knowledge of the telecommunication industry is an advantage.Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently

**3 or more years’ experience in a position with similar and transferable skills, duties, tasks and responsibilities**
Solid understanding of Import & export compliance rules and regulation

Good knowledge of Harmonized System and product classification

**Excellent English spoken and written - French would be a strong advantage**
- Preferably Degree level in Supply Chain, Import/Export.
