Requirements
- ND (or higher) in Civil Engineering
- Up to two (2) years’ relevant experience in a roads and stormwater

maintenance, construction and/or design environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas
- Compile schedules of projects for maintenance and rehabilitation

of roads, structures, stormwater, lane marking, signs, street furniture,

parking areas, rivers, fences, guardrails, etc.
- Undertake inspections and surveys of road and related

infrastructure individually and as panel member. Provide input into

goods and services tenders and serve on SCM committees.
- Implement maintenance and rehabilitation projects
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding projects and

special programmes.
- Facilitate the issuing of wayleaves and permits to service authorities.
- Assist in providing the technical framework for technical and

professional staff.
