Requirements
- A minimum of a BTech for the Professional Officer role and minimum

of a National Diploma for the Assistant Professional Officer role with

**the following specialisation**: Engineering, Project Management,

Construction Management or Industrial Engineering
- For the Assistant Professional Officer: Up to two (2) years’ relevant

experience within the Built Environment inclusive of project

management
- For the Professional Officer: A minimum three (3) to five (5) years’

relevant experience within the Built Environment inclusive of project

management
- A valid Code B driver’s licence
- Must be able-bodied and physically fit.

Key Performance Areas
- Ensure projects are properly established, managed and successfully

completed based on corporate standards
- Performance monitoring of projects with the branch
- Development of maintenance plans, initiatives, and procedures to

ensure that business operations stays abreast of industry trends

,existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business

operations
- Provide management with statistics in order to ensure informed

decision-making
- Ensure accurate operational information is maintained and made

available on request
- Ensure administrative reporting deadlines and procedures are

complied with.
