HR Administrator

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our client, a large and established logistics company. You will be the HR Administrator for all drivers and warehouse staff and will be providing the company with operational and administrative support in terms of personnel files, employment contracts, leave, manpower statistics, bargaining council as well as maintenance of HR documents, the database and updating of personnel information.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3-5 years experience in a related field
- Payroll experience will be advantageous
- Senior Certificate (NQF4)
- A qualification in HR Management will be advantageous
- Advanced MS Office and Excel knowledge
- After hours and short notice availability
- Own transport and valid drivers license
- Exceptional organisational skills, interpersonal skills, communication (especially writing) skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of legislation
- A sense of urgency and accuracy
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:
- All HR related administrative duties
- Administering all new starters onboarding and the exit process
- Maintain personnel filing system and information
- Ensuring all training is up to date and arrange where needed
- Drafting of offer letters and employment contracts
- Administering the recruitment process
- Draft grievances and warnings (disciplinary) documentation
- Administer probabtion and performance appraisals
- Managing the leave system
