An international automotive OEM company based in Sandton is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Acts as a facilitator and flow manager of issues throughout the Sales & Marketing division. This includes Sales, After Sales, Marketing Communications and Dealer Development issues and may span across the divisions through the interaction with all customer service related issues, and anything relating to the overall running of the Car Sales & Marketing business.
- Serves as the principal interface in terms of connecting issues received from Group directly into Car Sales & Marketing and then routing those issues to the relevant departments.
- Co-ordinates activities and tasks within the Sales & Marketing division as delegated by the Division Head which includes dealing with any outstanding dealer or customer issues.
- Co-ordinates Dealer meetings and Dealer sub-committee meetings.
- Monitors and reports on the Sales & Marketing budget by investigating discrepancies and pro-actively following up on out-of-line situations.
- Provides general office administration services to the General Manager - Sales & Marketing and provides support services to key Management within the division.
- Co-ordinates and facilitates the divisional Quality Management system for the Sales & Marketing Division.
- Screens all key queries raised to the Division Head by organising such issues according to priority, routing concerns to the necessary authorities to ensure they are resolved and following up on outcome.
- Collates data and prepares professional, high level presentations for senior NSO management review and other relevant documentation.
- Arranges VIP visitors’ travel, accommodation and itinerary bookings.
- Manages diary schedules and overall travel arrangements for the Division Head.
- Analyses of Key Dealer Performance Indicators to ensure the necessary follow-ups with Dealers to focus on their levels of customer satisfaction and overall performance, in conjunction with the Division Head of the Brand.
- Performs general ad hoc departmental administration and facilitates any key tasks that need to be actioned.
- Supports the Division Head in coordinating strategic analysis on projects that may focus on any aspect of the Brand’s business activities.
- Responsible for the analysis and presentation of various data as provided and required by the Division Head.
- Assists with the coordination of brand led PR campaigns for the brand - promotional collaterals, press conferences, technical and design workshops, domestic and international motor shows and experiential drives.
- Pro-active and hands-on, constantly keeping abreast of changes in the department and be a good team player in order to interact with all levels.
- Work collaboratively, cross divisionally and cross departmentally to ensure effective communication of digital project goals.
- Assists in monitoring and tracking digital projects to ensure timeous deadlines are met as scheduled.
- Consistently evaluate and improve the sales and marketing customer journey

**Education and Experience**
- A recognised 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Business Science
- Administrative qualification will be an advantage
- Project Management Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in dealing with customers
- Project management experience preferably in the automotive industry

**Skills, Attributes & Other requirements**
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), with well-developed electronic report and presentation preparation skills
- Understanding of basic financial principles
- An excellent command of the English language and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation (including Directors, Management and external stakeholders) and externally.
- Excellent customer service skills and appropriate understanding of cultural diversity.
- Problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Ability to handle financial administration and monitor budgetary expenditure.
- Ability to effectively manage conflict and address conflict situations constructively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- A team player, yet be able to work and manage own output independently to meet high quality standards.
- Ability to work on own initiative and take accountability for own actions.
- Good organising and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours when required.
- Presentation skills, Communication skills & Business Acumen.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with senior management within the NSO as well as the Group.
