We are looking for an Inventory Manager. This is the ideal position for the king or queen of multitasking, the OCD planner who loves to make lists and check things off. You need to be very organised and able to juggle a number of tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly in the warehouse. You will be the person who makes sure stock is received in a timely manner and processed to ensure orders go out in time.

The position reports to the Senior Warehouse Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and provide administrative support to the distribution function.
- Overall strong organisation and planning skills
- Attention to detail with regards to stock checks
- Ensure a smooth process of daily delivery requirements of customer orders
- Checking stock received on inbound shipments
- Ensuring orders are sorted by priority
- Managing movement of stock as needed within the warehouse
- Liaise with the customer care manager regarding any queries or updates to be sent to customers

**Required Skills**:

- PC literate with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to solve problems

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Three years experience in a related field of work
